First Aid for Mental Health
Both Fran and Pete are trained to deliver the Nuco programme which offers a range of mental health courses, all of which are accredited and last varying periods of time. Our preferred delivery mode is face-to-face, but we have delivered training online. We are happy to deliver in any setting for groups of up to 16 participants.
School Improvment
Fran is happy to take on any of the challenges given to her. She says, “I enjoy the challenge of making a difference. Short-term projects have to be highly-focussed and time-driven. There is no time to get drawn into the politics of the situation.” Pete has supported the development of science departments in readiness for inspections/evaluations. He has supported many teacher trainees and Early Career Teachers in school and college settings.
